About us
and oUR dogs

We are Josh, Jessica, and our 3 children, and we love our dogs! Our current dogs, Petal and Thorn, have been part of our family since they were puppies. Our first Weimaraner, Heidi, also came to us as a puppy before any of our children did. Heidi lived a full and happy life, traveling all over the place with us. Our oldest children loved her as much as we did and she was our inspiration to continue living with Weimaraners as part of our family. All of our dogs are family dogs, who live with us in our home because they truly are part of our family. Petal and Thorn are fun and happy dogs who get along great with our children (and even our cats). Petal loves to rest her head on your lap and receive pets. She is the quintessential Weimaraner! She loves to explore, sniff, track, and chase other animals! She will always warn us if someone is approaching the house, but she's not at all aggressive. She's very quiet, unless she's trying to tell us something. Thorn loves to play, he lives to have a good time, whether playing tug of war, chasing us as we run, or just jaunting around out of pure joy, he's a very fun dog to have in our family. He always wants to be part of the group, but he still loves to find things with his nose, and he will bark if someone seems threatening. Our family loves to go on adventures, and our dogs love being part of our adventuring family pack!

History

As previously mentioned, our family's love for Weimaraners began many years ago, when I, Josh, first brought Heidi home in 2005. I had previously owned several other breeds including: Golden Retriever, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Saint Bernard, and German Shephard. However, Heidi's intelligence, loyalty, energy, and affectionate nature really struck a chord with me, making Weimaraners my new favorite breed.

Jessica and I married in 2013 and Heidi immediately became part of our new family. After our first child was born, Heidi became inseparable from our little one, impressing us again with how amazing Weimaraners are. As our passion for the breed grew, we decided to start breeding Weimaraners ourselves, with the goal of producing healthy, happy puppies that would make wonderful companions for other families.

I work in the scuba industry, and Heidi traveled with us to Puerto Rico, Florida, and Catalina Island (Southern California), as we moved. We now live in Pensacola, Florida (home to the largest artificial dive reef in the world), with our current dogs Petal and Thorn. We are committed to upholding high standards of health and wellness, while providing our dogs with the best possible care and love.
